CHO23N is a business that serves individuals and athletes through online coaching and programs as well as an in-person setting. CHO23N helps individual people perform at their best for their jobs and their families, so they can live with high self confidence and have time to do things they want too. Secondly, we help youth athletes achieve their maximum athletic potential, so they have an opportunity to make their high school team & create the exposure to play collegiate sports.

“In the armed forces being physically fit is key. In February 2011 I found out I was being deploying in June to Iraq in support of Operation New Dawn. I had kind of let myself go physically. Other lives wold be counting on me to have their back, and I was not going to allow my physical ability to keep me from accomplishing the mission. It was of extreme importance that I get myself back in shape, and that I do it quick. I turned to Duane for help. When I started I was 218 lbs and 27.7% body fat. We devised a workout plan that would get me to where I needed to be. Duane immediately motivated me to put forth full effort. I gained my confidence back and he helped me believe that I could do it! I owe so much to Duane, even though, he is the type of person who will take no credit for your success. Before I deployed I told him thank you for everything he had done to help me.
